[MC-207708] Lore remove

When you put a lore on a item and than destrory something with that item will remove the lore from the item

Cannot reproduce.

/give @p minecraft:stick{display:{Lore:["\"lore!\""]}}

Just broke some random stuff with it. Also tried items with durability.

Can you provide more steps to reproduce?

Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
