[MC-207818] Placing a sign from the offhand closes the sign UI immediately

When I place a sign when it is in my off hand, it places but doesn’t let me put text on it.

This should have been kept as a feature. It allows you to place signs faster in for example mob farms.

@TheArcaneBrony It should have a functionality like that, but not in this way. This is clearly a bug.
