When a Ghast go through a Nether Portal, it doesn't go through, but stay in the Nether side of the portal
So getting "Uneasy Alliance" achievement is impossible.
The bug occurs in 1.16.3 but the bug tracker says that a version with id "1.16.3" doesn't exist

1.16.3 is no longer supported. We only accept bug reports for 1.16.4 and the current snapshot.
