ctrl not work with win10 chinese taiwan input

Ctrl not work with windows10 chinese (traditional chinese, taiwan) input
Shift will change input type cause wasd lose function [in chinese (traditional chinese, taiwan) shift is switch for chinese/english]
this happen after new windows update for chinese input (windows have option to toggle on use old Microsoft IME than won't have problem to play minecraft)
