[MC-208242] Not loading textures

I have had a problem with textures not loading from 1.16 to 1.16.4

I only have a problem with these versions, others load immediately.

Is this my cpu / graphics card / ram fault?

this is just lag. happens to everyone from time to time. the textures are fine, its just that your pc or laptop is having a hard time loading chunks. this problem is not fixable, it just that your pc or laptop is being slow.
