[MC-208485] Passive mobs not spawning

I was playing on my survival world I was looking for cows to make bookshelfs and I can't find any passive mobs I look around everywhere and still no luck

Hey there!

This report is invalid as a modified game version has been used. In the screenshots that you've provided, I can see that you're using some kind of shaders. Shaders is not supported by Mojang and the bug tracker only handles issue relating with unmodified game versions.
