[MC-208582] Player can respawn many blocks above the bed if the respawn position is blocked by a boat

When blocking all waking up places around the bed except one, and placing a boat one block above, when respawning you can go up blocks above the boat.

Can confirm but it also the boat had husks in it when I did it.
The bug works in 20w51a.
