[MC-208595] When picked up with a bucket and placed back down, axolotls get their NBT data cleared

When you pick up an axolotl with a bucket and place it back down, the axolotl doesn’t keep it’s variant as well as any other nbt data.

1. Summon an axolotl with NBT data

2. Pick it up with a bucket
3. Place it back down
—>❌ the NBT data of the axolotl is reset entirely
