I found an issue in 1.16.3 (I can't use it in the affect versions), maybe in other versions, that make some entities (I have only seen zombies, piglins, villagers and piglin brutes) invisible, they can attack you, move, and do everything, but you can´t see, attack or interact with them, and it have scared me many times and I almost died to three invisible piglin brutes.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.16.4 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
