[MC-208698] Bundle/shulker duplicates items on destruction in a lava cauldron

to replicate-

Have lava cauldron

throw a filled bundle/shulker inside

items will pop out as intended but duplicated

Lava/fire destruction doesn't duplicate.

Happens in both survival and creative gamemodes

(apologies if I am posting a duplicate report, I did search)
