I'm stuck in the end

I respawned the Ender Dragon as usual with 4 end crystals, and logged out and saved my world cause i had to go. But when i came back, the game made the usual thing where they respawn all the end crystals on the towers, and they all point towards the top where the enderdragon spawns. But all the end crystals just point at the sky and not respawning the enderdragon. So i'm stuck in The End because the portal is closed, obviously cause i tried to repsawn it.
