20w51a Axolotl Bucket Bug

Hey developers! I found a bug in the new 20w51a snapshot! If you get an axolotl in a bucket, and empty it, it acts like a spawn egg and spawns in random colored axolotls, instead of the original color you picked up in the bucket. This is the same issue in survival.
