annoying visual bug

it's on all versions i play on my pc. and i'd really just like some answers even if it's just the graphics card im using or the processor or even DirectX 12 somehow

it's hard to describe, but there seems to be a glitch with the game and my pc, i haven't seen anyone talking about the same thing online but it's like as if i can see through the seems of blocks like x-ray but in reverse. i can see faces of blocks but it's like the seems are split open. i even ruled out a texturing issue or a improper installation I've fiddled with the in game settings so much i cant even remember what the defaults are. more info below ive reinstalled java alot.
