Friend on a 1.16.4 Realms world reported that a group of Pillagers were tracking and firing despite the player being in spectator mode. I joined, also in spectator, and got a screenshot. No non-spectator players were online, Pillagers were clearly targeting the player, no other Pillager-targeted mob was in detection range. Screenshot attached.
