Water doesnt dissapear (Bucket)

sometimes when you place a waterbucket fast on the ground and remove it or when you put it near grass, it doesnt go away after you picked up the water again.

it happened to me two times but i dont know what exactly causes the problem, so i cannot replicate it im afraid
