i have seen this bug multiple times now where server icons get mixed up with textures from the game files this affects guis such as furnaces crafting tables ect but also the server icons on the multiplayer page witch can also take the appearence of any texture including locks guis and skins attached is one of the more painful ones however all of these bugs resolve them selves apon a new session only to start up again the server i am playing on is using fabric however i couldn't find anything to suggest this was the reason for the bug as it happens vice versa on vanilla servers with the icons and not in game i will attach more examples with f3 open as soon as i can find more instances of this bug

Since you mentioned the server that you're playing on uses fabric, this report is invalid as your game was modified when experiencing this issue. In the attachments you've provided, I can see that you're using modifications and the bug tracker only handles reports that can be reproduced in a vanilla environment. If the problem persists without the use of mods, feel free to create a new report.

Does the server that you're playing on use any modifications? Could you also provide another screenshot of this incident occurring whilst the F3 Debug Screen is enabled? If so, that'd be greatly appreciated.
