While riding horse and passing through a 3 high block with nothing under will take suffocation damage immediately (no waiting for the bubbles to disappear). Mining the block while taking damage is at underwater mining speeds. This happens with every solid block I have tested. Version 1.16.210.53 Bedrock Beta.

This report is invalid as it has been posted in the incorrect project section. With the screenshots that you've provided, I can see that this issue occurred whilst playing on the Bedrock Edition of the game, so this should have been reported under the MCPE section instead of MC.
