Mojang Loading screen freezes and doesn't allow me to play Minecraft!!!

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
I should see that the Mojang screen would fully load so I could play the game.

What actually happened was...:
So every time I load up Minecraft, there's always that loading screen popping up , should have the Mojang logo and a loading bar at the bottom; the bar sets itself to a minimum of at least 95% which it just sits in place and doesn't fully finish the bar. Which then at first when I saw this it started out with not responding, and said that my game crashed, so I looked at multiple ways I could get rid of it but it made it worse in some kind of way that it just now freezes and can't get rid of it and the only way I can get rid of it is if I restart my PC which I'm tired of doing. And now its a problem for me to even play Minecraft now since I just bought the game 2 weeks ago. First method was going to the app on PC, then I click on properties, I select properties, from there I go to the tab that says compatibility mode which i click check and should have this saying "Windows vista", and from settings I check "run this program as an administrator" and then click apply and ok. Then the app updates itself. Once that happens I click on it and asks me for a Mojang account that I do not have. So then its a problem because I can't do anything from there since Mojang now did a migration with Microsoft so Mojang accounts can't be made anymore so now  I'm in an endless loophole where I can't play the game anymore and it just freezes for me!!! What can be an Ideal way where I can fix or solve this problem so I can play the game? its already dumb that I buy the game 2 weeks ago just so I wouldn't be able to play it. Very unfortunate!
