While I was doing a phantom ai test while stumbling across a very dumb phantom but it’s dumb ai lasted for 3 seconds and when I did the ai test again, I stumbled across a dumb phantom again and it was very dumb.

What do you mean by "dumb AI"? Is there any confirmation that said behaviour is not intended?

no, the bug is that the phantoms will spin or try to get through wall even if can’t rather than flying into the sky
