Ice freezing and repeatedly thawing in field biome under the sun? (solved had not realized i was wearing frost walker -.-)

I don't know if its a glitch, but this just started happening to me, its messing with my village farms, even torches doesn't keep the water thawed... water freezing in open daylight... at Y 66 In a fields biome.

Edit, its also happening inside my base in well lit areas.
