So I was playing around with achievements but when I tried to do "The End?" achievement I didn't get it.I got all the other achievements but not the End one.
(I just placed the eye of enders to their places and then jumped into the portal.After that I checked my achievements but I didn't get it.I also tried this with survival and the same thing happens.)

I think the problem is we can get achievements in creative ...
I can confirm this. In 1.4.4 I am unable to get 'The End?' on both survival AND creative.
I tried it out several times, even on a normal, naturally generated map.
Removed creative tag.
Please provide screenshots. Preferably the achievement menu with the End dimension in the background of the pause menu.

I can confirm this as well. First of all, in creative mode, I located the End and defeated the Ender Dragon to see what it was like before trying it in survival. I then recently defeated the Ender Dragon in survival and realized I did not get "The End?" achievement (and therefore I did not get "The End" achievement either). So I entered the portal many times and still nothing. So I was thinking maybe because I did it in creative mode, it will not unlock in survival mode either. I play on PC, non-pirated, and never used any mods. Totally vanilla.
Also applicable for 1.4.7.
I am also having this issue version 1.4.7 (Windows XP 32bit). Defeated dragon on survival, but didn't get 'The End?' or 'The End.' achievements.
Not sure if it matters, but I never threw an Eye of Ender to locate the stronghold portal. I only used them to fill the remaining gaps to create it.
I tried to get the achievement with a self-built portal. As i did'nt get the achievement i created a new world and found the stronghold. I did'nt get the achievement in survival, and neither in creative. I have an MacBook Air and I used version 1.4.7

Really annoying. This is a small, easy-to-fix issue, but it has been around for half a year now.
IMPORTANT - MAY HAVE KEY TO FIX THIS BUG! FYI I confirm this issue. I have not been able to get the achievement "the end?" when going through end portal and thus have not been able to get the final achievement "the end" when killing the dragon. I have erased my stats and tried again and I just found that when going through the end portal it will give the "we need to go deeper" achievement instead of "the end?" achievement if you haven't already gone to the nether. Is this achievement simply set to give the wrong achievement which everyone will already have normally before going to the end?
