So I was playing Minecraft with my new skin the other day and I noticed these weird white lines that circle across the bottom of my hand in a dotted pattern. I was wondering why this happens to me on some skins and not on some other ones. Does it have something to do with my skin?

Oh and look VERY CLOSELY at my hand u can see some white dots that change colour depending on the backdrop
