[MC-210133] Minecraft JAVA Edition is giving 0fps and is unplayable

I recently Paid for and installed Minecraft Java Edition version 1.16.4.

I have all the system requirements to run the game but when it runs i am getting 0fps and i cant figure out how to fix the issue. I have tried turning down every in game setting but it is still unplayable and remains 0fps.

Someone please help. Thanks

Hmm, maybe try allocating more RAM to the game, you could also try Optifine
