Multiple villagers are still claiming the same workstation. I have 3 composters, but 5 farmers, and 1 lectern but 3 librarians. They also don't seem to be losing the profession when the workstation is destroyed meaning I can't change them to a new profession. I have no mods installed.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. Did you happen to be using any data packs at the time of when this problem occurred? If not, please provide a video of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.

This is supposed to be fixed, see MC-150806. Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the
F3key) demonstrating the issue.
