[MC-210240] Pressing any button during bootup does not allow you to turn off fullscreen through hotkey

I usually use the windows key to minimize, and also sometimes use the F11 key

It usually works fine but during bootup, if i hit any button, pressing window key doesnt minimize the window, same with F11

But using the Video Settings it works just fine, and fixes the bug
