Error Code: 0

It started when I was making a texture pack and I made the diamond sword 200x200 pixels, I then made it in an mcmeta folder and it worked but it was showing error code 0 sometimes and when I went to my downloads folder, .minecraft folders were appearing in my downloads. I then uninstalled minecraft and deleted all its folders and reinstalled it. Once reinstalled i again made the texture pack instead of diamond its netherite, and then now its showing error code 0 and when it does come up it doesnt show the texture pack i made. I tried updating java it was already done. Please help
