My sons used to be able to play together in Minecraft worlds, one plays on Xbox ONe and the other on an ipad. They can no longer join into each others worlds even though they are friends. Please help!

Just to inform you, this section (MC), is specifically used for tracking and handling bugs that occur in the Java Edition version of Minecraft.
