The Bug:
Sculk sensors are not activated upon armor on entities breaking.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place down a sculk sensor and set the time to "day".
Summon a zombie wearing some armor that is almost broken.
/summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"minecraft:diamond_helmet",Count:1b,tag:{Damage:406}}]}
Wait for the helmet that it's wearing to break.
Take note as to whether or not sculk sensors are activated upon armor on entities breaking.
Observed Behavior:
Sculk sensors are not activated upon armor on entities breaking.
Expected Behavior:
Sculk sensors would be activated upon armor on entities breaking.

Marked this as fixed in 22w19a by accident. It was meant to be marked as fixed in 1.19 Pre-release 1; Just for the record.
This issue was present in 22w19a, but no longer occurs in versions above or equal to 1.19 Pre-release 1. With that being said, this issue has been fixed in 1.19 Pre-release 1. To reinforce my claims, I've attached two screenshots demonstrating the difference in behavior between versions.
