[MC-210449] FPS Cap at 30 FPS

My FPS cap is 30 even though in Video Settings the cap is Unlimited.

Usually I get around 400 FPS

I agree with MMK21, and this report is invalid as your game was modified when experiencing this issue. In the attachments you've provided, I can see that you're using modifications and the bug tracker only handles reports that can be reproduced in a vanilla environment. If the problem persists without the use of mods, feel free to create a new report.

Is vsync enabled? Also could you please post a screenshot with the F3 screen enabled?

The problem got fixed. Basically after I restarted my computer a couple times and logged out and in of Minecraft, it fixed itself. Also, I tried to use a vanilla client, but it got the same result at the time. I didn't get the F3 screenshot so I can't share one.
