[MC-210800] Shield always active

by blocking with your shield inside of a nether portal and releasing it whilst the loading screen your shield keeps blocking although you can attack/break blocks but if you right click it goes away

as this has been noted as a duplicate of another bug i would like to adress that.

first: the other bug was in another version.

second: The other bug involved dispensers, this one uses a nether portal

Can confirm. So annoying. had to take of shield and put back on bc i was crouched the whole time.
