Crash when taking a screenshot: Image is not allocated

After taking lots of screenshots, sometimes the game will crash, sometimes it displays "Couldn't save screenshot: Could not write image to the PNG file 'C:\Users\lenovo\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\screenshots\2021-01-08_11.34.16_4.png': Corrupt JPEG"
