The mining sounds of netherrack has a high pitched ringing in the sound file, I can understand if this is a design choice, but when you are mining in the nether for a long time it becomes very apparent, and from personal experiences, it can cause headaches/migraines. I wear glasses and I am always working with screeens (laptop/tv) and the headaches only occur when the mining sounds of netherrack start to play.
