[MC-210961] trying to bind any action to F2 causes the game to just take a screenshot

I tried to invert F2 and F5 but the game just kept taking screenshots

I was unable to reproduce switching the screenshot key to another key then putting F2 on another key didn't take a screenshot when I pressed on F2

I cannot reproduce this issue either. Are you able to reproduce this issue in the newest version of Minecraft (1.17)?
