i cant launch minecraft at all, it just gets about 95% of the way on the loadingscreen after i launch the game and then it craches and just say error code 0, and i just have the vanilla version of minecraft, i have never even got to the startscreen of minecraft.

Please could you attach the crash report which can be found in minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt. If for some reason you cannot provide this, please attach the full launcher log which can be found in minecraft/launcher_log.txt.
