[MC-211460] Game WONT load

every time i try to launch Minecraft it gets stuck on the loading screen. It wont launch and i dont know why and when i go onto my task manger there would be 3 minecraft launchers open and my JAVA (TM) PLatform SE binary is '' Not responding" , ive tried to uninstall and reinstall java and minecraft but it did not work .. any solution to this bug???? please help
