[MC-212052] Redstone copy not consistent when rotated

When using the exact same redstone machine (copied and pasted using structure blocks), 1/4 of the trials are inconsistent with the other rotations. Not sure why this is happening since they are the exact same. The only one different than the others is in the south-east direction.
