[MC-212140] Using Glow Ink Sacs on Signs causes a left hand to play a hand animation in third person view

1) Place a sign

2) Get a glow ink sac

3) Spam click with right click

4) Go into third person view

5) Hand animation is playing for the wrong hand, the one that isn't holding the ink sac

Can confirm. By putting an item into the offhand you can also reproduce this in first person. Relates to MC-166885
