Using /summon to spawn a glow squid with no AI doesn't work

Upon summoning a glow squid with no AI using the command, the glow squid spawns with AI regardless.

How to replicate: type "/summon glow_squid ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}" in a world with cheats enabled, without the quotes.
