When pinging Multiplayer servers, and LAN servers appear, the correct internal IP and port will show, but connect will time out. I am 100% positive this is not my network or hardware, since I have done everything possible to try and fix this.

Minecraft: 1.6.1 (updated Tue Jul 02 13:27:58 EDT 2013)
