[MC-212608] Piglin throw items to players in spectator mode

Piglin throw items to players in spectator mode if they are the ones who gave the piglin the gold ingot.

Steps to reproduce:

Give a piglin a gold ingot
go into spectator mode right after
X–> the piglin will throw the item(s) at you

I cannot confirm this. When giving a piglin some gold and then switching to spectator mode, the piglin will throw their reward item in a random direction and not towards the player.

Same. The items fly straight upwards at the position of the piglin, not towards the player spectator, as expected.
