[MC-212791] Can't add Impaling V to too expensive

My trident has Impaling IV on it when I try to add Impaling V it tells me too expensive. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?? The trident has channeling, Loyalty III, Unbreaking III, and Mending along with Impaling IV.

I just tried with 85 XP still not working. My Friend on this realm tried put Aqua Affinity on his helmet that has respiration III, mending, Protection IV, and Unbreaking III and it did the same thing with 65 XP.
