in the snapshot 21w03a I found a bug related to nether
if the glow lichen is placed in a lava source block then a water source will appear in place of the lava block
this bug is a cheat because it is water in nether

As stated above, this appears to be a duplicate of MC-212117, which was later marked as fixed for a future version of minecraft. Please see the parent ticket for further details.
