glow squid don't obey no ai command

What I expected to happen was...:
I wrote /summon minecraft:glow_squid ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}

the glow squid should have stayed where it was summoned

What actually happened was...:
It summoned a glow squid that could move from block to block on it's own

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type /summon minecraft:glow_squid ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}
2. watch it move on it's own
