[MC-212940] Double fishinghooks

I accidentally punch-clicked while retrieving my fishing hook and another fishing hook appeared. This happened on Minecraft: Java Edition 1.16.5 on a Realms server. See video below.

Attempting to retrieve one of the fishing hooks works, but the second one appears to stay there permanently. Fishes can interact with both fishing hooks.
