Villages generate slow on ''snowy kingdom'' preset

This can took 5 sec to load village if you locate village in spectator mod.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create snowy kingdom preset

2.Go into spectator mod

3.Locate village

4.Watch closely

when it generates it will couse grass paths to be under snow
