If you spam the jump, w, and your sprint button if you wear an elytra you can glitch over fences or any other 1.5 meter high blocks.

i can climb about over fences or other 1.5 meter high blocks only with a elytra its goes in the version 1.16.5 but i think it goes since the elytra is in the game

This appears to be a duplicate of MC-127844, which was later resolved as, "Works As Intended". This feature actually works how the developers intended it to, and isn't actually an issue with the game.
