[MC-213372] It says i can change my name every 30 days and now it says i can change it in 0

What I expected to happen was...:
It was going to let me change my name

What actually happened was...:
I can change my name in 0 days

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ..wait 30 days
3. ..It says i can change in 0 days
