[MC-213430] Loading progress malfuntioning

Loading progress figure that generates when loading is off to the bottom left instead of the center. The location varies whenever I try it

So customize a superflat world to have powered rails only,

then turn off generate structures,

then set the mode to creative and then press the create world button.
