I know this isn't a bug but it seems this is the only way to contact mojang and actually get a response:

 

I cannot access my account- I am not recieving mojang emails to reset my password and you are not responding to support tickets which i have been waiting months for to be resolved, it is absolutely ridiculous i have had to wait this long with no response, I have had to submit multiple tickets because most of them just get instantly set so solved when nothing has actually happened. This is not okay and please do not refer me to opening another ticket because you do not respond.

While I do understand your frustration, we can't help you with account issue on the bug tracker.

Please remember that Mojang have a heavy backlog of emails and that it will take a while to get a reply. Whilst waiting for a reply please ensure you're replying to any auto responses or any responses asking for additional information. This will ensure your ticket stays open.
