Mansions do not seem to load, even with a tested seed

Ok, so, I have been looking around at various seeds to get Mansions. All have been tested by a variety of people, yet I cannot seem to get them to load. An example seed is 2710604025723660192 where there is supposed to be a Mansion with a portal inside at -400 100 1400. Odd thing is, I get a portal, but NO Mansion anywhere. 
I DO have Structure Generation set to ON. Still, no Mansion

How in the hell does this transition to "Duplicate"? I said right in the title that this is NOT connected to the current Mansions Map issue! NOT the same! I am not even using a Woodland Mansion map! So this is neither a duplicate issue nor resolved!

@TheGabro - Yeah, that is the thing I can't figure out. A lot of people can get it to work for them, but it doesn't for me and I have no clue as to why. I know NOTHING about code to look deep into it. Before loading, I even removed all mods relating to structures (valhelsia and repurposed structures for example) just in case that could interfere with it.

You can write a request for reopening it. Try on mojira discord and provide a valid reason ^^.

What I did was remove ALL the mods besides Optifine and I got them to load in. I originally removed all the mods where structures were involved and it still didn't work. So, I am really at a loss as to which mods (I have a good many) would even impact Mansions loading in. I also was unsure if loading a new world, without the mods, would alter my other saves. Thankfully they do not. Odd thing is, when I re-added the mods into the Mansion save, they did not despawn.
